Leadership begins with heart, purpose, and resilience
The CEO of ASLI, Danial Rahman, was honoured to share his insights on ‘The Art of Leadership: Building Effective Youth Teams’ with participants of the Volunteer Leadership Development Programme (VLDP), organised by Yayasan Sukarelawan Siswa (YSS).
During his session, Danial emphasised that true leadership is forged through overcoming adversity, curating one’s unique journey, fostering strong teamwork, seeking guidance from the right mentors, and maintaining a clear sense of purpose. Drawing on the resilience of world leaders, he reminded participants that leadership is a continuous process of growth and reflection.
