Building Excellence in Public Finance Management
ASLI had the privilege of conducting the workshop 'Skills for Public Finance Managers,' organised by the Economics and Public Finance Studies Centre (PEKA) at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN).
Attended by 30 civil servants from across Malaysia, the workshop covered essential soft skills such as communication, influencing, and decision-making—cornerstones of effective public finance management.
Participants gained not only theoretical insights but also practical tools and strategies that will help them seamlessly integrate these skills into their daily responsibilities.
