ASLI’s CEO had the honour of moderating a powerful panel session on ‘Leadership for Sustainability: Shifting the Paradigm from Ideas to Action’ during Terengganu Inc’s Corporate Directors’ Programme 2024.
The distinguished panel featured: YAB Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Ahmad Samsuri, Chief Minister of Terengganu and Chairman of Terengganu Inc, who shared the State’s plan to position Terengganu as a leader in sustainable initiatives both nationally and regionally.
YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Sir Dr. Jeffrey Cheah, Founder & Chairman of Sunway Group and ASLI, who highlighted Sunway’s 50-year journey of sustainability leadership, its commitment to the SDGs, and his passion for education as a transformative tool.
YBhg. Tan Sri Dr. Sharifah Zarah Syed Ahmad, former Secretary General of the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia, who emphasised the importance of gender empowerment in advancing sustainable leadership and highlighted the rich contributions of Muslim women throughout history.
