Enhancing Public Service through Premier Customer Service Skills
ASLI is proud to have hosted a session during the “Best-In-Class Customer Service Skills for Enhanced Client Experience in the Malaysian Public Service” programme, organised by the Malaysia Graduate School of Entrepreneurship and Business, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. The programme was held in Kuching, Sarawak, and brought together officers from various agencies across Sarawak.
Our Director for Strategy & Partnerships, Eizaz Azhar, led a session on the vital role of customer service in the public sector. Eizaz emphasised the importance of empathy, efficiency, and responsiveness in public service and how these elements transform client interactions and enhance public trust.
The insights shared aim to equip our public officers with the tools to elevate their service standards and ensure that every citizen interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism and care.
