Empowering Leaders at Sunway Agility Challenge 2024 🌟
ASLI facilitated a Personal Leadership Workshop at the Sunway Agility Challenge 2024on 13th August 2024. Throughout the day, participants engaged in enriching activities designed to enhance their leadership and personal capabilities. The sessions covered essential skills such as personal goal setting, understanding the dynamics of business and industry, boosting communication, sharpening critical thinking, and exploring social impact initiatives.
The Sunway Agility Challenge offers a unique 12-day heuristic case study challenge, allowing participants to immerse themselves in four distinct business unit within the Sunway Group. This experience provides invaluable industrial insights and addresses real-world business challenges.
