Embracing Differences in Leadership
During the recent Kepimpinan Untuk Semua (Leadership for All) workshop hosted by the student movement ‘untuksemua,’ ASLI highlighted the critical importance of embracing diversity in leadership. In a multicultural society, understanding and respecting cultural sensitivities is crucial. Leaders must be conscious of representation, value diversity, and foster community inclusiveness.
Effective communication tailored to various cultural contexts is essential, as is humility. Being humble is not just a virtue but a strategic approach to achieving successful leadership in today’s interconnected world.
