ASLI participated in a Plenary session at the 2024 Planetary Health Summit and 6th Annual Meeting (PHAM 2024) titled ‘Communications for Planetary Health: Unblocking Channels, Charting Solutions.’
During the session, ASLI highlighted the critical importance of crafting messages that resonate with local communities to enhance the acceptance and impact of planetary health initiatives. We shared the ‘MOVE’ framework, which stands for Motivate, Organise, Vision, Empower — essential elements which can be used in ensuring effective communication.
Our goal is to ensure that the planetary health agenda reaches far and wide, and ASLI is committed to being a driving force in this movement.
