The Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI) was invited to observe a workshop by Architects of Diversity (AoD) Malaysia titled 'Short Course: Sekolah Diversiti 6.0'. Supported by the U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, this program brought together 35 students from various backgrounds to delve deep into the intricacies of diversity and inclusion.

Instead of just sticking to theoretical sessions, AoD Malaysia ensured an interactive curriculum, involving students in multiple engaging activities designed to impart the importance of understanding and respecting varied perspectives.

This move comes at a time when society at large is recognising the need for diversity as a catalyst for innovation and social cohesion. The commitment showcased by AoD Malaysia in driving this agenda, coupled with the enthusiasm of the students, makes this initiative a promising step towards building a more inclusive society.

ASLI eagerly anticipates the lasting impact this course will have on the students and the broader community, setting the stage for future collaborations centered around diversity and inclusion.
